I tried 1 & 2. But actually verbalised the "ding" sound at each level, as well as smiling stupidly and saying "hello I have new socks today" to everyone, as I was dressed in a smart skirt suit and obviously was not wearing socks I got some wonderful results. I have also sang " on the good ship lolly pop" and had ppl pissing themselves, admittedly I'm an extrovert but it makes for a nicer world when ppl end up smiling. Life should be FUN. A smile is contagious and costs nothing.
