i was waiting at the dentist office when i went by the office i heard a choking sound thought nothing of it when the door final opened the doctor let the his patiant out he said sorry about the tonssils then he zipped his pants up so after he took in his next patient i got up and left as i passed the room i heard "OPEN WIDE"
