I cant speak for the target Navy, but I can speak for us Submariners. Thats.. SUH-B-MARINE. For all you jar heads reading. Why dont you tell the nice people out there reading this joke how many of the 3000 are actually Marines on their way to where ever it is we have to take your rifle toting asses.
